We are truly stronger together! Community is something I love and being a part of a bigger one than Barbell Club was tremendous. This challenge unlike my first one, developed me into a more disciplined, more dedicated, stronger and leaner athlete. I lost a combined total of 20+ pounds, 6+% body fat and have PRed all my lifts. Although nothing has been easy, and there are downs with the ups, I am grateful for the experiences and lessons that CrossFit has bestowed in my life.
