At Notorious we understand that everyone steps into our gym with a goal, something along the lines of “I want to be more fit” or “I want to be stronger”. Whatever the goal may be, they tend to overlap across multiple individuals. We believe that a person's individuality is what makes their “I want to be more fit” goal unique to them. The path to a person’s goals is paved by the core values they set for themselves. Values lead to purpose, which define actions, and actions bring us where we need to be. Purpose is at the forefront of what we do, and we want others to find theirs.

Start With An Outcome

Develop what it is that you want to achieve and be specific. Change the blanket goal of "I want to be more fit" to "I want to be able to run 3 miles without stopping". We are here to give you the power you need to work toward these outcome goals through a positive environment and a compassionate community.

This plan is your journey, it encompasses the kind of training that aligns with your goal and the routine/habits to set. This is where the overwhelming effects of the internet can really stun us, but remember, the only journey you are on is yours. Come in and decide which path to take, make the decision that is right for you.
