Bored with the day in and day out regular gym routine and with a little encouragement from coworkers, back in 2012 she fell in love with Crossfit and hasn’t looked back since but don’t take our word for it…

“After moving to Chicago I was depressed, homesick, and desperate for a new workout routine. With a little research I found Crossfit Notorious and after my first class I was hooked and signed up right away! I was so happy to hold a barbell again and to welcomed as part of such an amazing community! I have to say that Crossfit Notorious really saved my life! I am happy, healthy, strong, confident, and I have made the best of friends that I will have forever! I Love my box and everyone that is apart of it! My passion is to bring out the confidence and strength that I know deep down everyone at Crossfit Notorious has!”
