Partner WOD CrossFit Lt

15min AMRAP

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

20 Hand Release Push Ups

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

Partner 1 works while partner 2 runs

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m  Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will  begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.

AMRAP 30 minutes (As Many Reps As Possible)
10 Thrusters (135/95)
15 Pull Ups
30  Box Jumps (30/24″)

This is a Partner WOD – Partner #1 will perform the work listed above. Partner #2 will run 400m  Once Partner #2 returns from the run, Partner #1 will  begin their 400m, while Partner #2 continues work wherever #1 left off.
