Strength – Hang Clean

Take 10min to work up to a heavy 1RM hang clean.

Then 6min EMOM

3 Hang Cleans @ 75% 1RM

50 Wall Balls (20/14)

40 Box Jumps (24/20)

30 Thrusters (95/65)

20 Burpee Broad Jumps (clear 4′ width of mats)
