New Member Management System – Front Desk


Hello again CFN community!

Many exciting changes have taken place already this month. B.I.G. thanks to all that have lent a helping hand and have been patient with our construction mess.

Our next exciting phase of the transition involves a new member management system called Front Desk. With Front Desk you can now log in to see your account details, update credit card information and manage how you want to be notified about appointments, classes, closures, and other important events.

But first we need you to claim your account by simply entering your email address here:

The email address we currently have on file was the one you originally placed on your waiver or membership agreement. If you have any problems confirming your account or are unsure of the email address we have on file for you, please email us at info@crossfitnotorious.com

After you enter your email you will:

  1. Receive a verification email with another link to the site to set your password.
  2. Receive a second email asking you to sign our electronic waiver. Electronic waivers are an integrated component of our new system, which is a huge improvement on our old paper waivers. Unfortunately, we can’t transfer your current waiver.
  3. Last need to add your billing information once you’re fully signed in. To do this, click on your profile picture> your profile> payment methods> +Add New Card

It’s very important to add your payment information and confirm your membership plan. For members that complete this step you notice a slightly reduced membership fee –  Front Desk members will no longer see an up charge for credit card processing fees.

We’re excited about this new account system—especially that the tools are mobile so you can check your schedule and manage your membership anywhere, anytime. In the upcoming weeks we will merge in existing punch cards and start asking you to check in before class. However, we will not be going to mandatory registration before arriving for a class. Eventually we hope to expand this offering to enable WOD and PR tracking.

    Please don’t forget to add a payment method to your file. You wont be charged right now for Feb. It will only be used when the recurring payment is due.

    Also, if you would like to upgrade your membership to Unlimited or save a little more with one of the prepay options you can do so by clicking on Plans & Passes and reviewing the available options.
