Clean and Jerk (Work to 90% of your 1RM. Then 2 drop sets)

Deficit Snatch Grip Deadlift (4 sets of 3. Start at 100% of your 1RM Snatch)

3-4 inch deficit recommended

Back Squat (3 sets of 5. Level load across all sets)
